🗓️ Itinerary Overview
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Depart Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire. Game drive through the park famous for elephants and baobabs.
Overnight in Karatu.
Day 2: Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Travel via the Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti. Afternoon game drive en route to your lodge or tented camp.
Overnight in Serengeti.
Day 3: Full-Day in Serengeti National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti. Look out for lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and possibly leopards.
Overnight in Serengeti.
Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Morning game drive, then continue to Ngorongoro. Optional stop at Maasai village or Olduvai Gorge.
Overnight on crater rim or Karatu.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha
Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive—ideal for spotting rhinos and large wildlife concentrations. Return to Arusha in the afternoon.
