Day by Day
The Itinerary
Begin with a morning drive to Arusha National Park. Walk through the forest to spot Hartlaub's turaco, Narina trogon, and crowned eagles. Canoe ride available at Momella Lakes for water birds.
Overnight in Arusha (Birding Lodge).
Full day exploration of Lake Manyara groundwater forest and soda lake shores.
Drive to Tarangire National Park, searching for baobab woodland endemics.
Full day tracking raptors, weavers, and lovebirds along Tarangire River.
Morning birding walk and return transfer to Arusha.
